Strapping Machines

Semi-automatic strapping machines offer a quick and convenient way to strap boxes and parcels ready for dispatch.

Packaging GB offer several variations of strapping machine, including semi automatic, automatic and a low level strapping machine ideal for banding heavy bulky items.

Semi Auto Strapping Machine

• To strap the boxes, the operator feeds the strapping over the top of the box and back into the machine, where it is tensioned and cut.

  The machine features a manual tension controller, to reduce the risk of the strapping denting the outer packaging by over tensioned strapping.

• The strapping machine is on wheels, enabling the user to take the machine to the items requiring strapping, improving the efficiency of using this machine.
• Available in enclosed cabinet version.

Low Level Strapping Machine

• The reduced height of this strapping machines, reduces the need to lift heavy items up to waist height, providing an easier method of warehouse strapping.

Automatic Strapping Machine

• Designed for the high usage user, strapping will automatically begin once a sensor is covered on the machine, with a strapping cycle completed in under 3 seconds.
• Available with 9 or 12mm width strapping with a 850 x 600mm size arch.
