Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, and JCB. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
We reserve the right to decline any purchase received via this catalogue.
From time to time we may offer a free gift if certain conditions are met. We only will provide one gift per order which must be added to your shopping cart. Where there is a choice, and you add more than one eligible product, then only the highest value gift will be provided as a free item.
Shipping And Handling
Free delivery is available for Mainland UK, excluding Cornwall/Devon and Scotland on orders over £60.00 plus VAT. This is based on a 7day delivery service. Orders under £60.00 excl VAT will incur a delivery charge of £4.95 plus VAT.

2 Day Delivery
48 Hr delivery is available at an extra cost available for Mainland UK, excluding Cornwall/Devon and Scotland. We endeavour to keep stock in at all times however this may not always be possible and may delay shipment. If an item is urgent we recommend that you contact us by telephone or by emailing email@example.com for confirmation of stock.
Scotland/Cornwall/Ireland/Europe deliveries are chargeable per shipment due to the extra cost incurred. Please telephone and we will try and accommodate your needs.
Goods ordered after 12:00 O’clock midday will be classed as the following day unless agreed otherwise. 48 hour service means 2 working days (e.g. goods ordered on Monday before 12.00 O’clock midday will be delivered by 5.30pm Wednesday) Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working day.
We will normally send your order to you within 7 business days .
Due to the bulky nature of packaging materials in general, we do reserve the right to decline orders where, due to location or availability of local carriers or otherwise, the cost of sending the goods exceeds the value of the goods themselves. This caveat in particular applies to bubble film and loose fill materials where carriers may choose to ‘bulk’ the goods being sent. We will on larger orders of particularly bulky products split the order into smaller parts, you will still only be charged for the one consignment cost but your delivery will be spread.
If you have asked for an international delivery, delivery to Scotland or Devon and Cornwall or if your order is to be palletized please call our office for a cost of the transport.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Some items include a manufacturing warranty, this will be stated on the items individual page. If your item becomes faulty within that time from receipt, please return to Packaging GB for repair or at Packaging GBs discretion, replacement.
Attempting to fix item yourself can void warranty.
Consumable parts are not included in the warranty cover.
The cost of return to base will be paid by the consumer, and it is your responsibility to ensure goods are sufficiently packaged to avoid further damage.

Occasionally we also make our customer list available to carefully selected third parties who may contact you for our own marketing purposes only.
You may return any items that are in a saleable condition in undamaged packaging within 7 days of receiving them, for a full refund including any original delivery charges. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days).
If the goods have already been dispatched and it is simply a 'change of heart' then the return delivery costs will be borne by you, the customer.
If goods are received damaged or you have a issue with the quality of the goods sent , you must advise us within 48 hours of delivery.
