Steel strapping tools are used to seal steel strapping around pallets or bundles of items. Packaging GB sell a range of tools, some are used in conjunction with seals, others do not need seals and do all tensioning, sealing and cutting in one hand held device.

By using one of our seal-less steel strapping tools, the initial output will be recouped by not having to outlay for additional seals over the long run. It is therefore suited to the high volume user and on a production line where being as efficient as possible is required.

Safety cutters help to reduce the risk of damage caused by steels unpredictable behaviour when being cut after being tensioned.

The tensioner is for use with steel strapping, it will tighten the strapping around the pallet or product. It can be used with strapping widths between 13-19mm, and it is unnecessary to alter the tool for each width. The maximum thickness strapping can be is 0.89mm and the tensioner is only suitable for use on flat packages or surfaces.
