Heat sealers are used to seal polythene bags or to create bags from layflat tubing. Packaging GB sell a range of heat sealers between 200mm and 500mm wide, available with or without cutters.
To create a sealed bag, place the bag in between the sealer to close the bag, creating a 2mm seal, release manually when the seal is complete. Pair with an unroller and a heat sealer table to simplify the process further.
The impulse heat sealers can seal PE/PP/PVC films up to 600 gauge thickness. Using a heat sealer as part of your production line will offer increased protection to the items inside the bags, maintaining the item in a pristine condition and reducing damaged items and lost stock.
Packaging GB offer a comprehensive range of polythene bags and layflat tubing to create your bags from.
The impulse heat sealers come with a 12 months return to base warranty, however this does not cover consumable parts.
