Label dispensers speed up the packing process by making it quicker to apply the next label to the product. No longer is it necessary to spend time trying to peel the edge of the label free from its backing paper. All of the label dispensers can be either bench or wall mounted for ease of work.

Packing benches are designed to improve efficiency and provide convenient storage for commonly used items.

The work surface on the packing bench is 22mm thick, made from a plain finish MDF, which has been set in to help prevent edges from any damage. Additionally there are two shelves of 10mm MDF, conveniently placed to store items on.

There are two roll holders that are suitable for bubble wrap or kraft paper, enabling the operator to reduce the packaging time on items.

The structure of the packing station is made up of 50mm x 20mm welded steel, that is joined together with plated bolts. The packing station will be supplied flat packed with instruction on how to assemble together.

Pallet top sheets are used to protect the top of a pallet of goods from damage by water or dust. This can occur when a pallet has been stretch wrapped, but the top left open, this can result in a loss of stock. Pallet top sheets can help prevent this from happening, place the cover over the palletised goods, remembering to keep the edges free so that water can disperse away from the goods.

Gusset shrink tubing fits pallet sizes of 1000mm x 1200mm but the height is determine by the user, by cutting off as required from the 50m roll. This results in the ability to shrink wrap different length items, providing it fits into the circumference.

Select the shrink tubing and determine the height required that corresponds to the size of object or pallet which requires wrapping, and use a heat shrink gun to fit the cover to the contours of the item.

Strapping Edge Protectors 550's

Strapping edge protectors are used to protect the edge of items or pallets that have had strapping banded around them, it aims to use the surface area to spread the pressure, distributing it evenly and reducing the risk of damage to the item or pallet.
