The Speedpack range of machines are designed to be used in packing lines where there is human involvement. Due to the ability to modify and design to your own packing needs, this can make the packing process easier, time saving and more accurate.
Work from standard layflat tubing or perforated polythene bags on a roll. In addition to that, you have the optional extra of the machine automatically adjusting the required bag length, this is useful when the products change and will provide savings on material costs in the long run.
During operation the next bag is opened automatically, allowing for a quick packing process. The start sealing action is controlled by the user. If any obstruction is at the sealing bars, it will automatically stop, preventing the user from being hurt.
A optional label printer, allows for the bags to have labels applied to them at this stage, this works by connecting to your order management systems, saving an extra step in the dispatch process.
Depending on the items you are packing, some may settle quickly, but others may take time to settle. The automatic vibration option will help to compact loads. If you decide to use this feature, the bag support will rise up and down, helping to create a settled load.
Operating height and the optional bag support height are altered electronically on the Speedpacks digital display. Ideal for reducing operator fatigue and allows for appropriate settings for each user.
